Return and Exchange Policy

RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy on damaged items and our crochet tops, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if your item has been damaged or your crochet top doesn't fit. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES

For crochet tops we are always willing to offer size exchanges! We know online shopping for clothing can be tricky, so if you receive a top and it does not fit you properly or is uncomfortable. Please let us know right away so we can make it right!
